Is this a pretty standard service that I could just take my car to a local repair shop or do you think I should go to the dealer. I know the dealer is normally much more money than a local repair shop. It is really good to do, but it cost tons. I just did it on my accord. It killed me to pay that much money to install something so cheap. You may end up saving in the long run with the 90k mi service.
