2004 Dodge Caravan -Is is the timing belt or the crankshaft?

The camshafts do not turn, the crankshaft does - does that indicate that the timing belt is broken or is it something else?



How can I get the manual to fix it? Haines and Chilton are not detailed enough. I need the shop manual and Mopar does not seem to have it available. Is there one out there? Ebay does not have it either...2004 Dodge Caravan -Is is the timing belt or the crankshaft?Here you go.

You'd better pray its not an interference motor.
