How does the timing belt tensioner pulley spring go on?

the car is a 94 Eclipse with the 1.8 liter motor. the guy i bought the car off of replaced the timing belt and the water pump and when he took the water pump off he also took the tensioner pulley off that goes to the timing belt and now i cant figure out how it goes back on.How does the timing belt tensioner pulley spring go on?There is a good description of this procedure on the internet - simply Google it.
