How do you replace a timing belt for a chrysler lhs 1994?

Well, we found out that its actually a timing belt.

We own a 1994 Chrysler LHS and we need to know how to fix it. there are a couple questions in this question

*How much will a mechanic charge to do this?

*does the engine need to be taken out?

*does the water pump need to be replaced as well
